Dr Alan Warner (Veterinarian & Owner)

Dr Warner graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc). He established Holroyd Veterinary Clinic in 1975 and he has continued to service the needs of pets and their owners in this area since.

He also holds a Masters Degree in Native Wildlife Health & Management (MApplSc - Wildlife Health) and is a member of the Avian Chapter of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (MANZCVS - Avian Health). He has also taught Animal Care and Veterinary Nursing at TAFE.

Dr Warner works Thursday to Saturday.

Dr Jim Phelan (Veterinarian)

Dr Jim Phelan joined us in 2009 bringing expertise and knowledge in veterinary medicine and surgery. He holds a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) and a Diploma in Wildlife Medicine and Husbandry.

He has also taught Veterinary Nursing at TAFE, worked with penguins in the Antarctic and has held the position of Senior Veterinarian at Healesville Wildlife Sanctuary. He has worked at several veterinary hospitals as well as many wildlife parks in Australia.

Dr Phelan works Monday to Wednesday.
